Owerri - The leadership of the Movement for the Actualization of the Sovereign State of Biafra (MASSOB) says it has completed arrangements for the 10th anniversary celebration of the founding of the Movement. According to a release by MASSOB's Deputy Director of Information, Mazi Chris Mocha, "it is expected that the MASSOB Leader, Chief Ralph Uwazuruike, will during the celebration, address foreign press to mark the 10th year of the struggle for independence".09/07/2009

But beneath this harmonious scenario was the deep apprehension within the corridors of power over an alleged resignation of a commissioner.
